For nonprofits
Your donors did not leave.
They stopped hearing from you.
We write and send the emails that bring lapsed donors back. It is the only thing we do, and you pay nothing to start.
No contract. No upfront cost.
How it works
- 1
You send your donor list
A plain export from whatever you already use. We do the cleanup, the deduping and the bounce removal.
- 2
We write the emails
Plain language, written for your donors, about the work they cared about on the day they first gave.
- 3
The gifts come back
Steady sending, replies routed straight to you, and a monthly note telling you what came back in.
This is what lands in their inbox.
No stock photos, no newsletter template, no giving day countdown. A short note from a person, about the thing that donor already cared about, ending in one plain ask.
they gave once and left
To: a donor who gave in 2023
Hi Carrie,
you gave to the after school program two winters ago and then we went quiet on you. That was our doing, not yours.
Forty one kids finished the year because of gifts like that one. The room is full again this term and the same door is open.
Would you come back in for another year?
John Smith
Where you stand
Your list never leaves your control
We sign whatever you need, we never resell it, and you can have every record back or deleted on a day of notice.
No contract and no minimum
There is nothing to cancel. If a month of emails brings nothing back, you have spent nothing on it.
Every email is written, not blasted
One shape does not fit every donor. Copy is checked line by line before a single message is queued.
How we get paid
You pay us nothing to write or to send. We are paid through processing the donations that come in, so our fee only exists once the giving does. If the emails bring nothing back, they cost you nothing.
Tell us how many past donors you have.
useinvoicing reads every message. Say roughly how big the list is and we will tell you what to expect from it.
